Unicef: A minute of your time
Project Overview:
The Monkeys, in collaboration with UNICEF, created a national awareness and fundraising campaign called "A Minute of Your Time." This campaign aimed to raise funds and drive awareness about violence against children. The project involved building a dedicated website using React, which utilised heavy canvas animation and mobile accelerometer integration.
Technology Used:
- React: A popular JavaScript library for building reusable UI components.
- Canvas Animation: Used to create engaging animations on the website.
- Mobile Accelerometer Integration: Enabled users to input their full salaries and calculate the minute rate using mobile device sensors.
- Payment Rails System Integration: Allowed users to donate directly to UNICEF's payment rails system.
